The Beach at Pinehurst
Goes Native
Introducing Native Plantings at The Beach
At The Beach at Pinehurst, we are excited to announce a new initiative to support our local ecosystem. We are replacing our traditional flower planters with native plants found in Minnesota. This new approach helps foster a healthier environment by attracting native bees and other important pollinators. Our aim is to make The Beach a sanctuary for not just visitors, but for the biodiversity that calls Minnesota home.
New Native Plants in Our Planters
We are proud to introduce the following native plants that will now be featured in our planters:
Native plants are vital for the health of local wildlife. By using plants that are naturally adapted to our climate and soil, we not only reduce the need for excessive water or fertilizers, but we also create a welcoming habitat for pollinators like bees and butterflies. These creatures play a critical role in pollination, which supports healthy plant growth and food production.
