Cloquet CHS Pep Squad Grades 7-12 Fall 2026Recreation/FitnessParticipants will practice three days a week starting August 4 and perform this fall at the home games for CHS Varsity Football. Students will be taught the elements of dance and cheer technique. They will perform cheers, sideline dance routines, and half-time performance routines. On the sidelines, they will promote positive school spirit and sportsmanship by interacting with the audience. The team will compete at the TUTC Spooktacular Competition in November. Previous dance experience is highly recommended. Mandatory parent/student meeting on Tuesday, August 11th from 6-7:30 in the CHS cafeteria.Spring/Summer 2026 -
Cloquet CHS Pep Squad JR Cheer Camp (Grades 1-4)Recreation/FitnessThe Cloquet High School Pep Squad team and coaches will teach the Cloquet School Song and several Lumberjack cheers to the JR Cheer Camp participants. Open to students entering Grades 1-4. A Pep Squad t-shirt and a pair of rooter poms are included in the fee. We will show off our skills to the community in the Labor Day Parade on September 7. This camp will focus on learning the Cloquet School Song, sideline dance routines and several Lumberjack/Football cheers. Open to students entering Grades 5-6. Previous dance experience is highly recommended. This camp will be beneficial for students planning to join the Pep Squad in the future.The JV Pep Squad Skills & Technique Camp is taught by the CHS Pep Squad coaching staff and the JV participants will practice with the Pep Squad team.
