    Preschool Aquatics Mixed Ages
    Swim Lessons

    Preschool Aquatics Mixed ages is for Ages 4 to 6 years old. Water adjustment, floating, entry, movement, safety, and listening skills. Parent/guardian may participate with the child if you would like to. Children are to stay in Preschool Aquatics until they turn 6 years old, then move onto Level 1 (Red cross's Learn-to-swim series).

    Swim Lessons

    Level 1 Introduction to Water Skills Purpose: Helps students feel comfortable in the water. Level 1 participants learn to: Enter and exit water safely Submerge mouth, nose and eyes Open eyes underwater, pick up submerged object Exhale underwater through mouth & nose Swim on front and back using arm and leg actions Follow basic water safety rules Max Students: 6 Minimum Age : 6 years old **These are 4 week mini sessions. Please know that children should take this class at least 3 times. Children need to be very comfortable in the water and can fully combine one stroke on their front and one stroke on their back well before moving up to Level 2.
